How to Request a Quote
Getting started is simple. Tell me a little about the project, where it’s located, and the type of work you need. If you have photos, you can include them, but they are not required. Every inquiry comes directly to me. I personally review the details before following up, so you’re not just submitting information into a generic inbox. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. A basic description is enough to start the conversation.
What Happens Next
1. Tell me about the project
Share the basics of what you need done. Exact measurements, colours, and a perfectly defined scope are not required at this stage.
2. I review the details personally
I’ll look over what you send and determine what information I still need. I may follow up by phone, text, or email depending on your preference.
3. We clarify the scope
For many projects, the next step is a site visit so I can properly assess the work and existing conditions. Simpler projects can sometimes be discussed remotely.
4. I prepare the quote once the work is understood
Once the scope is clear, I can provide a written quote outlining the work, pricing, and relevant project details.
Not Sure What Information to Send?
That’s okay. Start with what you know. A short description is usually enough for the first conversation. Photos can be helpful for repairs, ceilings, exterior work, decks, and restoration projects, but they are not required to get started.
